The Hampton Roads Community Sailing Center runs the SAIL HAMPTON ROADS programs from our new location, 756 Settlers Landing Rd. in the heart of downtown Hampton at the cities public piers.
We have two
Sonar
keelboats, one of which is equipped with a special seat to accommodate disabled sailors.
HRCSC's text materials, lesson plans, and teaching strategies are all derived from the United States Sailing Association.
Instructors for the Adaptive Sailing programs have special training in working with the disabled.
